 DWTROIT ANIMAL CARE CELEBRATES NATIONAL DOG DAY WITH FREE ADOPTIONS THROUGH SUNDAY 8/28

Adoption and licensing fees waived through 8/28, all dogs are neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and cleared for common diseases 

Today is National Dog Day. and Detroit animal care is celebrating with free adoptions. All adoption and licensing free are waived today through Sunday. August 28th. All available dogs are microchipped, neutered and receive a veterinary exam which includes heartworm testing and vaccinations to prevent dog-related diseases such as PARVO and distemper.


''We are celebrating National Dog Day by waiving all fees throughout the coming weekend so we can match people with their new best four-legged friend'' said Mark kumpf, Director of Animal Care. ''I invite anyone who wants a new many deserving dogs in need of a new home.'' 


Detroiters are always welcome to visit the Detroit Animal Care, which is open to the poblic for adoptions daily form 10:30 AM - 3:300 PM. Detroit Animal care, is located at 7401 Chrysler Drive Detroit, (313) 224-6356
